Who we work for

Most of our commercial work is for doctor's offices, schools and apartment buildings. These buildings have more fixtures and more people using them every day than a house, and a closed restroom or a dead water heater affects patients, students or tenants right away.

What we handle

  • Drain backups and recurring clogs
  • Restroom fixtures, flush valves and faucets
  • Water heaters
  • Leaks and pipe repairs
  • Sewer camera inspection of building drain lines
  • Regular maintenance visits

Found my outdoor cleanout that was covered up for years and no other company could find! … They use drop cloths and clean up when they are done.

Leaking pipe right now?

Shut off the water first if you can reach the valve safely, then call us, day or night.

908-873-6686

Outside regular hours and on holidays, emergency service requires a $250 upfront emergency fee. When paid, the standard $49 service fee is waived. During regular hours there is no emergency fee. Additional repairs are quoted before work begins. We respond immediately upon contact; dispatch and arrival depend on availability and location.

Do this now

  1. Shut the main valve. Usually where the water line enters, near the meter.
  2. Stay clear of electricity. Don't enter standing water or touch electrical controls near the leak.
  3. Open a low faucet to drain the pipes and take pressure off the leak.

Commercial Plumbing: common questions

What kinds of commercial buildings do you work in?

Our main commercial work is in doctor's offices, schools and apartment buildings. These buildings have more fixtures and more people using them every day than a house, so a closed restroom, a backed-up drain or a dead water heater affects patients, students or tenants right away. We handle service and repair work, not new construction.

Can you work after hours so our business stays open?

Yes. We can schedule repairs early, late or on weekends so your office, school or building keeps running. After-hours work for new commercial clients carries the $250 fee, paid upfront, and existing commercial clients stay on the rate schedule we've agreed with them. You get written upfront flat-rate pricing options for the repair before any work starts.

Do you offer maintenance for apartment buildings?

Yes. We can set up regular maintenance visits for drains, water heaters, shut-off valves and fixtures in apartment buildings. Routine drain clearing and water heater flushing prevent the emergency calls that disturb tenants, and we report what we found to the owner or property manager after each visit.

Do you handle recurring drain backups in commercial buildings?

Yes. Buildings with many users, kitchens or older lines often have drains that back up again and again. We clear the line, and a sewer camera inspection may be recommended where conditions warrant to find the cause, such as grease buildup, roots or a damaged section. We give you options to fix it so it stops coming back.

Who do you work with when you come out?

We work directly with the owner, office manager or property manager. Before we start, we explain what we found and give written upfront flat-rate pricing options, and when we finish we tell you what was done and anything that needs attention later. We keep noise and disruption to a minimum around patients, students or tenants.
